Our clients are Capital Investment Fund managers, Venture Capital companies, Private Equity firms, Merger and Takeover companies and financial intermediaries that have a possible company buy-out conditioned to finding an executive who will accompany them in the transaction and will subsequently take the lead in managing the company that has been taken over.

Besides the conditions inherent in the search for a CEO, the candidates must also meet a further three specific requirements:

• Attitude, to be able to take on the risk involved in committing their personal assets. This question is a “sine qua non” condition for the financial organisation.
  
• Capacity to invest capital in the operation. In our experience, the quantity required tends to range between 300,000 and 600,000 €.
  
• A patent entrepreneurial spirit.
